Our newly renovated, pet-friendly vacation home comfortably sleeps 12 guests and offers a combination of luxury, convenience, and coastal charm. With spacious accommodations, modern amenities, and prime proximity to the beach, it's the perfect retreat for creating lasting memories (SI Business License: 2024-0461).

Newly renovated and professionally decorated, Hidden Oak Hideaway is the perfect retreat for your Seabrook Island vacation. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 12 and is ideally located less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach boardwalk, close to Camp St. Christopher, and a short bike ride to the Seabrook Island Beach Club pools and restaurants.

Inside, the open floor plan is designed for relaxation. The great room features an oversized sectional, a 58" Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to a private back deck with outdoor dining for eight, rockers, and additional seating. The dining area includes a large farmhouse table for 10+ guests, complemented by a breakfast bar with three stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and a grilling deck with a Weber propane grill. A laundry room, powder room, and an attached garage with an extra refrigerator add convenience.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

  • Master Suite (Main Level): King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet, and a renovated en-suite bath with quartz double vanity, barn door, and large tiled walk-in shower. A connected sunroom features a trundle daybed and a desk—perfect for kids or remote work.
  • King Suite (Upper Level): King bed, private bath with quartz vanity, and tub/shower combo.
  • Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, 43” TV, shared Jack & Jill bath with quartz vanity and shower.
  • Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunk beds with trundles (sleeps 6), 43” TV, shared Jack & Jill bath.

A bonus loft area upstairs provides an additional gathering space with a sofa, chair, wall-mounted TV, and access to a screened porch—great for kids or a quiet retreat.

House Rules for a Comfortable Stay

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to follow the house rules:

  • No smoking on the property
  • Do not attempt to use the indoor gas fireplace unless you have spoke with us first
  • No loud parties
  • No parking in the street overnight
  • Do not park in the pine straw. All four wheels should be on the pavement.
  • Do not try to dry unwashed beach towels

Policies & Guidelines

Payment Schedule
  • 50% Due at Reservation: Secure your booking with half the amount upfront.
  • Remaining Balance: Pay the balance 30 days before your arrival.

As part of your rental agreement, you are required to purchase a $5,000 damage protection insurance policy. Damage Protection transfers the risk of paying for accidental damage out of pocket up to the maximum ($5,000) from the guest to the insurance company. This policy DOES NOT cover damage caused by your pet or to the golf cart.
